I have had the same problem for eight weeks.
Then Kitaro1 sent me a ziggo technician home. The problem was the I had mounted the amplifier as described in the booklet/manual but not the contact box/doos at the very end where the TV is plugged in.
I would suggest that you verify whether you really used the contact doos supplied by cisco and whether it is mounted correctly! The fact that the receiver says signal level & quality 100% does not exclude an error in the contact doos!
I've used the contact doos which was delivered with the Cisco. Also mounted like the guide told. So assume thats correct. The technician can check it ... But thanks for the reply. Hopefully it will resolved within 8 weeks
