Just got of the phone with the helpdesk. Yesterday they told me to call back if the power off has not solved the issue.
Now this guy simple stated I should wait till monday since they already forwarded it to technical last Wednesday. Then why the hell was I told to call back!!!!!
These guys really make me mad. It's @Home 5 years ago all over again (i finally took my business elsewhere back then).
I will let it rest till monday, but they can count on my call early that morning and if no proper action is taken i will consider switching again.
