Biker: try resetting your cable modem: i.e. disconnect the powercord for 30 seconds, and plug it back in.
Yo think they've solved it already.... ? I did hard resets last night and it didn't have any effect. That's whn I finally ended up on the telephone with the helpdesk...
I'll try resetting again when I get home this evening... am at work now hence internet...
